Because cleaning isn’t why you moved to Switzerland

We usually clean with products so gentle, you could eat them – like baking soda, vinegar, and citric acid. 
If we use “ready-made” cleaners, we choose eco-friendly brands like Frosch, Sonett, or Heitmann.

We follow a strict color-code system to avoid cross-contamination:

🟦 Blue = bathroom
🟩 Green = toilet
🟥 Red/pink = kitchen
🟨 Yellow/orange = everything else

One of the first things we do when entering your home:

We move toothbrushes and cups to the kitchen and clean them with a vinegar-based solution – to make sure no bathroom product ever touches them.

We follow a proven 3-step method:

1. Tidy up
2. Clean systematically – from left to right, top to bottom
3. Finish with the floors

We focus on quality over quantity - which means we expand only when we’re sure our onboarding for caring, reliable cleaners runs smoothly.

At the moment, we accept bank transfer only. 
You’ll receive a monthly invoice, payable within 7 days.

Our standard cleaning rate is CHF 57.82 per hour. 
This included taxes, insurance, and regular cleaning products. 
We also bring our own cleaning rugs, so you don’t have to worry about washing them after the cleaning.

For special services like deep carpet cleaning or high pressure washing, different rates apply.

We've asked our clients, why they are willing to pay a premium price for a service they could get cheaper somewhere else. Here are examples of what they answered:

"You really understand what working parents need, for example, that the play kitchen also needs to be cleaned and not just vacuumed around".

"Finally, someone who cleans with natural products. With a 10-month-old crawling all over the place, it's such a relief to know this".

"You're so reliable. You stick to a regular schedule. And even when our regular cleaner was sick, you organized a stand-in for the same day".

If your pet is ok with having strangers in their home, we are happy to clean alongside them. We will follow your instructions: If you want us to keep all windows and doors closed to prevent your cat from escaping, we will do so. If you want us to let you dog play in your garden, but call him back inside before we leave, we will also do so.

Due to our limited capacity, we can only accept regular cleanings at the moment. That means a regular cleaning appointment at least every second week. 
Please also note that the minimum booking time is three hours.

At the moment, we only offer those special cleanings for our regular customers. Please note that special prices and conditions apply.

Case 1, cleaner on vacation: We try to fill in with another team member. 
Case 2, you are on vacation: We take advantage of the additional time and get some deep cleaning done. Usually this is the kitchen, also inside the cupboards, the basement, inside cupboards we usually are not supposed to clean...you can tell us what you want to have deep cleaned and we will do so.

We live by this motto: We clean and we don’t judge.
Childrens’ toys everywhere, laundry piling up on the sofa, kitchen doesn’t have a clean space on the countertop anymore? We’re happy to tidy and clean that up for you.
Please note, though, that tidying and cleaning takes more time than “only” cleaning.

For private home cleanings, our usual cleaning days are Monday to Friday, between 07:00 am and 8:00 pm. Saturdays might also be possible.
